“She is by far the most optimistic and hard working individual I’ve met in ages and we were so fortunate to have connected with her.  From the get go, Lisa just showed such warmth and understanding of our needs which made the whole process so easy. Her personality is so encouraging and it showed itself time & time again; especially when we lost out in a couple multiple offers in the previous weeks.  Our situation proved more difficult given the fact we were still on  the mainland but she  provided great information from early in the morning to very late in the evening, keeping us up to date on houses that we hoped to see on the weekends when we could finally come over. She was so accommodating, we actually felt we were her only client!   In the end, after viewing multiple houses we finally landed on what I feel is our dream home in Parksville.
